Fix tea CLI syntax for viewing issues

The tea CLI doesn't have a `view` subcommand - use `tea issues <number>`
directly instead of `tea issues view <number>`.

- Fix example in ARCHITECTURE.md
- Add clarifying tip in gitea skill to prevent this common mistake
