Summary

A subset of essential commands for quick adoption in new projects - the minimum viable ai-workflow.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Define "essential" vs "optional" commands
  • Create template/ directory with minimal set
  • Template includes: dashboard, work-issue, commit, pr
  • Template has minimal CLAUDE.md and vision.md starters
  • /init command uses this template

Dependencies

  • Depends on #26 (Add /init command)

Technical Notes

  • Could be a separate directory or embedded in /init logic
