Summary

ARCHITECTURE.md is out of sync with the current repository structure. It shows outdated directory paths and references a non-existent product-manager agent.

Current Problems

  1. Shows ai/ as root directory instead of architecture/
  2. References product-manager agent which no longer exists
  3. Missing current agents: software-architect, issue-worker, pr-fixer
  4. Component tables may be outdated

Acceptance Criteria

  • Update directory structure examples to use architecture/
  • Remove product-manager agent references
  • Add current agents to documentation
  • Review and update component tables for accuracy
  • Verify all file paths are correct
