Summary

The learnings/ directory contains only a README template. The learning flow (Experience → Learning → Encoded) is documented but not utilized. This is a governance gap.

Why This Matters

  • Historical context and decision rationale is not being captured
  • New team members lose the "why" behind decisions
  • Organizational belief: "Knowledge belongs in systems, not heads"

Acceptance Criteria

  • Run /retro to capture learnings from recent work
  • Create at least one learning document following the template
  • Ensure the pattern is established for future use
