Details
Merge main and address review feedback 
- Add mutex protection to SaveSnapshot and GetLatestSnapshot
- Add nil validation in SaveSnapshot
- Fix key collision in TestSnapshotDataIntegrity_LargeState (use fmt.Sprintf)
- Add concurrent access tests for snapshots
